North Pole Sour

    Recipe:
    2 oz Bourbon
    1 oz lemon juice
    1/2 oz homemade spiced mandarin orange syrup*
    1/2 oz homemade cranberry syrup **
    1 oz egg white
    1/2 oz red wine
    Dry shake all ingredients (except wine), then shake with ice. Pour into a 5 oz glass. Place a bar spoon between the glass and foam with the back of the spoon facing up. Slowly pour the wine over the spoon to create the middle layer. Garnish with a dehydrated orange slice, piece of cinnamon, and frozen cranberry. Grate cinnamon over the top for extra flavor and fragrance!
