After Dinner Negroni

    30 ml gin
    30 ml red vermouth
    25 ml coffee infused campari
    15 ml tiramisu liqueur
    dash chocolate bitters
    In an empty mixing tin, add all the ingredients saving the gin for last since it is the most expensive. Taste and adjust, add ice and shake for a few seconds, taste again and adjust if needed. Strain over fresh large ice cube and garnish with orange wheel.
